Our founder, Charles Grissom, CDT, MDT, entered the dental lab industry almost 40 years ago. His first foray into the industry began directly after he graduated high school, meaning he has dedicated his entire adult life to honing his technical skill. He understands the value of family. Charles grew from working for his sister after high school to founding JayCee Dental Creations in 2013 with his wife. In the years since then, the lab has grown to include a talented and close-knit team, which includes Charles’ son.
